Refund Policy

You may cancel your purchase of Your Authority to Stage Credentials within 72 hours of checkout to receive a full refund.

After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued, as work and scheduling begin immediately.

Space is limited each season to preserve quality and ensure every client receives concierge-level attention. You must schedule and attend all Credential Reviews within 90 days of checkout. Failure to do so will result in expiration of your purchase, and restarting the program will require re-enrollment at full cost.
